Dime Dime Baby AI ("we") is operated by an individual. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use the Service at https://dimedimebabyaivideo.app, and the rights you have.

Please read this policy before you use the Service. Using the Service means you have read it. If we make a material change, we will tell you as described in section 13.

1. Data controller

2. Information we collect

You give us:

  • Account information: name, email address, and a password stored as a hash.
  • Payment information: the amount and status of a transaction. We do not store a full card number. Card data is handled by the payment processor in section 5.
  • Messages you send to support@dimedimebabyaivideo.app.
  • Photos you upload to make a video, and the video generated from them. Upload a photo only of a person who agreed to be featured.

We collect automatically:

  • Device and network data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, and time zone.
  • Use of the Service: pages visited, features used, and session activity.
  • Logs: request time, error logs, and performance data.

We do not ask for GPS location. Google Analytics may infer an approximate region from the IP address. Sign-in is by email and password. We do not take a profile from a third-party login provider.

3. How we use information

  • Provide and maintain the Service, including video generation. Legal basis: contract.
  • Charge for a credit pack and keep the transaction record. Legal basis: contract.
  • Customer support. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
  • Service messages about billing, security, and policy updates. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Security and fraud prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Legal compliance. Legal basis: legal obligation.
  • Understand which pages are used, via Google Analytics. Legal basis: legitimate interests. You can object by blocking its cookies, as described in section 4.

We do not send marketing email. We may use aggregated or de-identified data for statistics. That data does not identify you.

4. Cookies

  • Strictly necessary: keep you signed in and run checkout. You cannot turn these off without breaking sign-in.
  • Functional: remember the locale preference. You can block these in your browser.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-N8CZEKV1DT. It sets cookies such as _ga to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not receive your photos, generated videos, or payment details.
  • Marketing: not used.

We do not use advertising pixels or a separate cookie-settings panel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use a browser tool that blocks Google Analytics. Blocking the sign-in cookie will sign you out.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information, including a "sale" as defined by the CCPA.

We share information only:

  • With providers that help us run the Service, under confidentiality terms. Hosting is on Cloudflare. Video generation sends your photo and the template video to Replicate so the model prunaai/p-video-replace can run. Card data is processed only by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS payment processor, or by PayPal when you choose PayPal. Card data is not stored on our servers. Google Analytics receives the page address, browser and device information, and the IP address. It does not receive your photos, generated videos, or payment details.
  • When the law, a court, or a competent authority requires it.
  • If the Service is transferred to another operator, after we notify you and the same protections continue.
  • For any other purpose, only with your explicit consent first.

6. Security

We use HTTPS for transmission. Passwords are hashed. Access to production systems is limited to what is needed to operate the Service.

If a security incident is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and, where the law requires it, the relevant authority within 72 hours after we become aware of the incident. Keep your password to yourself.

7. Retention

  • Account information: while the account is open, then 90 days after you ask us to delete it. Then we delete it.
  • Photos and generated videos: while the account is open, then 90 days after account deletion. Then we delete them.
  • Transaction records: 7 years, for accounting and tax. Then we delete or archive them.
  • Support messages: 2 years. Then we delete them.
  • Security logs: 12 months. Then we delete them.

8. Your rights

Email support@dimedimebabyaivideo.app to use these rights. We respond within 30 calendar days.

  • Be informed: know what we collect and why.
  • Access: receive a copy of your personal information.
  • Correction: fix information that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete information where the law allows.
  • Restriction: ask us to pause processing in the cases the law allows.
  • Portability: receive your information in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw consent where processing was based on consent.

You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live if you think we handled a request badly.

9. Marketing

We do not send marketing messages. Messages about a charge, a refund, security, or a change to these policies are service messages. They are not marketing, and they are not subject to a marketing unsubscribe.

10. International transfers

Cloudflare, Replicate, PayPal, Waffo Pancake, and Google may process information in the United States and in other countries where those providers operate. Where a transfer needs a safeguard, we rely on the provider's contractual protections, including standard contractual clauses when that provider offers them.

11. Children

The Service is for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@dimedimebabyaivideo.app and we will delete it.

12. Other sites and services

The Service links to payment and generation providers, and it loads Google Analytics. This policy covers information we collect. It does not control how PayPal, Waffo Pancake, Replicate, Cloudflare, or Google handle information under their own policies.

13. Changes

For a material change, we will email the address on your account, or post a notice on the Service, at least 15 days before the change takes effect, and we will update the date at the top of this page. Using the Service after the effective date means you accept the update.
