Terms of Service

Version 1.1. Effective 22 October 2026.

1. Acceptance

Dime Dime Baby AI is operated by an individual. The operator has no registered business address. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI service at https://dimedimebabyaivideo.app (the "Service").

By creating an account, buying credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have read and agree to these Terms; (c) agree to the Privacy Policy; and (d) have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or for the organization you represent.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If these Terms change, continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

2. The Service

The Service turns one photo into a portrait video from a fixed party-clip template. It is a digital service delivered over the internet. After payment is confirmed, the credits are available immediately. Because delivery is immediate, refunds are limited as set out in section 7.

Video generation uses a third-party model, prunaai/p-video-replace, through Replicate. Availability and results can depend on that provider. We do not promise a particular output quality.

Upload a photo only of a person who agreed to be featured.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your password. Keep the email on the account working.

If you notice unauthorized use, email support@dimedimebabyaivideo.app immediately.

If you register for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that organization.

4. Credit packs

The Service sells one-time credit packs. Credits are used to generate videos. One finished video uses 26 credits. Current packs and prices are on the pricing page.

There is no subscription and no automatic top-up.

5. Billing and payment

Each purchase is a single charge. By completing checkout, you authorize Dime Dime Baby AI to charge the payment method you choose for the amount shown at checkout.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Unless the payment provider is required by law to add tax at checkout, the price you see is the amount charged.

Card data is processed by the provider you choose. When you pay through Waffo Pancake, card data is handled only by Waffo Pancake, a PCI-DSS payment processor, and is not stored on our servers. PayPal payments are handled by PayPal. We do not store full card numbers.

6. Credit life and account closure

Purchased credits do not expire while the account stays open. There is no expiry reminder, because there is no expiry date during an open account.

If an account is closed or terminated, unused credits remain for 90 days and then lapse. Lapsed credits are not refunded, except where section 7 or applicable law requires a refund.

7. Refunds

Credits that have already been used are not refunded. These cases are exceptions:

• An unused pack bought within the last 7 days: full refund. A pack is unused only if none of its credits have been spent.
• A duplicate charge caused by a billing error: full refund of the duplicate.
• A failed generation returns the 26 credits for that attempt to the account. That return is not a cash refund.
• Rights that applicable law still gives you, including a 14-day withdrawal right for a first purchase in the EU, the United Kingdom, or Australia where that right applies. The right ends once you use the digital service.

Email support@dimedimebabyaivideo.app with the account email, the transaction id, and the reason. We confirm the request within 2 business days and send an approved refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

This same refund rule is shown beside the buy buttons on the pricing page.

8. Billing disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, email support@dimedimebabyaivideo.app before you dispute it with your bank or card issuer. We reply within 2 business days and correct a confirmed billing error within 5 business days.

9. AI output and intellectual property

If you follow these Terms, you own the video generated from your photo (the "output"). You may use that output for any lawful purpose allowed by section 10.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to use the photo and other material you submit only to provide the Service to you. We do not use your photos or videos to train an AI model unless you give explicit consent.

The Service depends on Replicate and the model prunaai/p-video-replace. Output can reflect that model. We do not guarantee a specific result, and we are not responsible for content produced by that third-party model.

AI output can be inaccurate. You must review it before you rely on it.

The Service, the template clip, and the site itself stay ours, except for the output you own under this section.

10. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes that these Terms allow. You may upload only your own photo, or a photo of a person who gave you explicit permission. Permission does not allow any category banned below.

The Service must not be used to generate any of these six categories:

• Sexual content and other NSFW content, including pornography.
• Violence and gore.
• Hate speech.
• Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving anyone under 18.
• Deepfakes and impersonation, including synthetic audio, video, or images that put a real person's identity on someone else or that are meant to mislead a viewer about who is shown or whether the result is real.
• Content that infringes copyright or a trademark.

You also agree not to:

• Create illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
• Create malware, phishing, or attack tools.
• Infringe anyone else's privacy.
• Bypass or interfere with security, including jailbreak prompts meant to evade these rules.
• Resell or sublicense access without our prior written approval.
• Break applicable law or card-network rules.
• Use inputs, outputs, or model responses from the Service to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or otherwise build an AI model that competes with the Service.
• Scrape or collect outputs at scale for any purpose beyond your own authorized use.
• Present AI output as the work of a licensed professional, such as a doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser, where doing so could cause harm.

Reports

Email support@dimedimebabyaivideo.app to report a video, photo, or account that breaks this section. This address is monitored. Include the account email or page, what is wrong, and any link you have.

We keep the reporter's identity confidential. Each report is reviewed on its own. We record knowingly false reports and may close the account that sent them.

Review and timing

When a report arrives, we:

1. Confirm receipt within 2 business days.
2. Read the report and look at the account, the uploaded photo, and the video. Child sexual content is reviewed the same day we read the report. Other reports are reviewed within 3 business days.
3. If the content breaks these Terms, we delete the video. We may also warn the account, remove unused credits, or close the account. For child sexual content we notify the relevant authority where the law requires it.
4. Email the reporter with the outcome.

If a review needs longer than the time above, we email the reporter and say why. To appeal a decision, email the same address within 14 days of the outcome. The appeal is read again before it is closed.

11. Privacy and card data

Your use of the Service is also covered by the Privacy Policy. Card data is processed only by the PCI-DSS payment processor Waffo Pancake, or by PayPal when you choose PayPal. It is not stored on our servers. Account data is kept for 90 days after you close the account, then deleted, except for records we must keep under section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI output.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not use it as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Check with a qualified professional before you act on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Term and termination

These Terms last while you use the Service. We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach, suspected fraud, or a legal requirement. If we end the Service for a reason other than your breach, we refund the unused prepaid portion. You may ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@dimedimebabyaivideo.app.

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the individual operator. Before you start a formal proceeding, email support@dimedimebabyaivideo.app and give us a chance to resolve the issue informally.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. For a material change, we email the address on your account at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the update. If one clause is held invalid, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and the individual operator of Dime Dime Baby AI.
